Formally called brewsky before becoming the lovable, adorable Yoshi.
Now playing:
Final Fantasy XIV (PC) | The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening (Switch) | Celeste (Switch)
NSMB: Boring, but cool at the time.
NSMBW: It expanded on the first one, and it was pretty fun.
NSMB2: The exact same as the Wii version. It was fun, but holy crap it's the EXACT same game as the Wii version.
NSMBU: Reskin of the Wii version.
Not to mention, the artstyle for these games are horrible. Plastic grass FTW!
New Super Mario Bros. is my least favorite Nintendo franchise.
Smash Mains:
N64: Captain Falcon
Melee: Mario
Brawl: Sonic
Project M: Link
Smash 3DS: Captain Falcon
Smash Wii U: Ganondorf
I actually like the series, but the rehashed graphics, music and worlds was a bit annoying. Come on Nintendo, add a galaxy world and a music world like Melody Motorway!
Also, if Nintendo used their 'Big Band' for music and new world ideas, maybe a new art style and BOOM! Fans are more interested*.
*probably only me though
I will update this when Half Life 3 arrives. [Started 17/11/2015]
It's good for entertaining my little cousins, but that's about it.
I find them to be incredibly bland and uninspired. I will admit that NSMBU is the best out of the bunch though. I liked it more than the others. I'd sooner play Mario 3 on NES though.
The series has been going on with the same thing way too long, surprised they didn't stop at Bros. Wii. Bros. U was fun and all, but really, it wa the exact same, and don't get me started on Bros. 2.
Like @Dreamz said, unless it's another 3D Mario, I'm not getting whatever mario game comes my way.
New Super Luigi U should have been the main Wii U game (But full length stages playable by both Mario and Luigi).
I like the World with the red and blue switches in NSMBU.
The original DS one I think has better levels than NSMB2 or NSMBW. (But NSMBW has the Newer mod which shows the only real problem with it was the level design).
“30fps Is Not a Good Artistic Decision, It's a Failure”
Freedom of the press is for those who happen to own one.
The games suffer from some very bland level design. I recall a level in NSMBW that was practically a flat plain with a Lakitu and the shrinking and expanding placed in an incredibly unimaginative fashion.
