What the title says really. It was announced earlier at TGS, it's being developed by Front Software and it's confirmed that it won't have the massive controller like before. A trailer is also available from the source page
Interesting. I actually owned the original Steel Batallion but I found it to be such a chore to play with that 500 lb controller. I see that From Software is developing this one too. Could this mean that Kinect might actually have some real games? I'm probably not picking up the Kinect at launch but I might be tempted to get one if we start seeing more games like this.
