Obviously going to be something with online play, given the name and the fact that it's not coming to Wii. I still don't get how an online Mega Man game would work though.

Co-op Mega Man is something they've said they would like to do, and there was a fan made video of a fake 2P Mega Man that looked amazing. If that's all it is though, I don't see why it has to be online and why it can't be on Wii. I still have no idea what I think this'll be.

That would be great, but there's nothing inherently impossible about a level editor on a Wii; there are Wii games with level editors already. A level editor doesn't even have to be online, and again, there are already Wii games where you can share levels online. So even if your assumption were not an assumption, it's still no reason at all to say that it wouldn't work on Wii or that the Wii's online isn't good enough for this game we know nothing about.
My guess is it'll either be too graphically advanced for Wii or too big a file size for WiiWare, but as with everyone else, I don't know what the game is, so it's just a guess. Hopefully if it's just a size problem we'll get it on disc. ...well, I'll wait until I see it to decide if I care or not, but Mega Man has had a good run recently on download services.
