Topic: Medal of honour closed beta? Anyone?

Has anyone got their hands on this beta, i had no idea it was coming out before monday but some random sniper i added from cod (that i just deleted today from my list haha) was playiing "Medal of Honour Multiplayer Closed Beta" when i was online...I was just wondering if anyone has this beta and if there are any impressions on it...i myself do not have this beta yet

The only BETA I care about is the Assassin's Creed - Brotherhood multiplayer BETA, and that became a PS3 exclusive...

I am sad...

OOOH??? did it? when does it come out haha, how the hey do you all find out about these betas...i probably wasnt listening enough to the e3 things...I always thought the AC Bhood (i have no idea how to shortform this AC) multiplayer would be co-op singleplayer...maybe its more

That seems....strange. You wouldn't think his status would appear if he were in a closed beta. Or that it wouldn't mention it as such.

haha im in canada we say honour and favourite with u's, you states guys got it wrong man...but i guess the game title spells it the american way so w/e xD

yeah, although i learned it the american way (im from canada as well) the right way to spell it is with -our like colour or honour. and ive been saying been not bin, like were have you been not were have you bin! its pronounced been! damn americans!

I can't say I've ever heard anyone pronounce it any other way than "bin", as you put it. And I've known my fair share of Canadians in my time. Hell, my roommate is English and he pronounces it that way also.

I heard it felt almost exactly like Bad Company 2 with smaller maps. I might pass on this if it's true.

Wow that would be terrible, i thought if they made it more CoD like with battlefield destructibility and no stupid perks/killstreaks added to more balanced recoil on guns so snipers could have a chance at being useful teammates.

If it is just a shrunk battlefield that would be terrible, especially if you already own battlefield. This game i hoped would have been a hybrid taking the best of both

Out of curiosity, how are the maps?
How's the selection of guns?

I've been hearing rather lukewarm reactions from different spots on the net, so I'm probably going to have to lower my expectations.

@Swiket Wow well written, you justified your opinion well. I think i'll pass on this game as well seeing as i have mw2 and BC2. And based on what you said about the sniper rifle does that mean the weapon customization isnt really customizing things, its just building a weapon from a barrel to the actual gun lol. However, ill ask maybe for the interests of others, not myself, would you say this game is a game people should buy if they own neither MW2 or BC2 since its a hybrid (albeit not a great one by what you've written) between the two games?
