The problem is that IGNorance didn't give the game enough time to truly get a following and a good enough amount of good players, they should try redoing the review later when the game will be overall better!

What happened to the 50K+ preorders? The preorders plus the sales so far should be pretty high, the servers should be pretty full. And I'm sure that most of them are pretty good. It looks very simple.

So like I said, this game isn't for everyone. But don't blindly bash it because you don't like it.
I think this is good advice for ALL games. But, anyway, FPS's aren't my thing. I definitely SUCK at them, unless it's a Wii game. I think the only catch to this is the 256 online multiplayer, however, as the other modes don't seem to have the care put into them that the multiplayer has. Plus that acronym is AWFUL! *M*assive *A*ction *G*ame? Just plain generic.

Also where did all this flop stuff come from? A game can't be considered a flop after one week, especially not if it sold well in that one week (which it appears to be doing).
I consider a flop to be when a game is hyped a 9 or 8.5, somewhere around there, but gets a lower score. A whole two points less is why it flopped.

Sounds fun, but from the reviews I've read (or watched in this case) it's held back by some fundamental flaws. I'd say more of a let down than a flop, myself. Maybe they'll get it right in the sequel?

take i from a guy whos played it, its great and it takes skill. they are baised because they suck at it and think its COD. very fun.
Don't bash the reviewers because they didn't like it. Plus, the reasons they gave it that score was because of lack of modes and the fact that one army dominated all of the modes, making it so that it would be unbalanced right from the start. You can't switch teams, either. You also couldn't survive even if you were really good, since there are so many people on the map at once, and you had to hope your small squad would pull through for you. Also, to all of those saying they should have waited for a community to develop, they waited a week to review it. People don't buy games on a whim as much as they used to because they want to know if it is good or not from someone's opinion. Also, IGN is definitely not biased against Sony. They love their PS3's to death. I expected a 6 or worse, due to the fact that there are better multiplayer shooters out there like Warhawk or Call of Duty, so I feel it did better than expected.

its a good game if you give it time, and not one team is overpowered, its just the players on the other team who dont use teamwork and dive into like COD.
