I also want to nominate Saturos. One of my favorite bad dudes of all time. The battle with him up top of Mercury Lighthouse is awesome (no small thanks to Sakuraba's awesome and intense battle music) and definitely in my top-five boss battles of all time. Plus, he decided to fight four-on-one in the place where he would be the weakest. That takes some serious guts. Match him? Pah! You think you can match the great Saturos?
And before any of you ask, yes, Saturos is a bad enough dude to rescue the president.
