Hey guys, I plan on importing the FFX-X2 HD PS VITA bundle when it comes out, and I am wondering if I will be able to download US games? I know FFX and X-2 well enough to play without english, but I would want it for PS1 classic games like Xenosaga or the other FF games I do not know as well.

Every account is bound solely to the region they were opened in, i.e. if you open an account in North America, you can only access the North American store

The answer is no, you can only access Japanese PSN content from a Japanese PSN account and vice versa.
However what you can do is is create a PSN account, on your region's, Sony's website and use it on your Vita, and thereby gaining access to your regions PSN store.
You should know that you can only use one PSN account per Vita memory card.
