You know, I was thinking of downgrading my annoyance with Capcom at this point. I'm actually optimistic about a few things. Monster Hunter and Ace Attorney is around, they're taking a well needed break from RE before it became sad, Strider was rebooted. And I genuinely think a lot of people at Capcom are actively putting effort into legit Megaman gaming, even if I'm worried about the higher ups ruining everything. But I think outside of Strider, there's actually not a second new game coming from Capcom this year.
RE4 HD on PC, all the Megaman VC stuff, Street Fighter 4, Ace Attorney Trilogy, all I hear from Capcom lately is "Deep Down's coming eventually!" and news about remakes. I don't always demand constant new releases or anything but Capcom's actually been pretty ok in this regard, especially compared to Sega, who refuses to release a game that they had anything to do with unless it's Sonic. So it's odd and kinda self-parody. I mean this year has enough of a lack of actual BIG titles, we could use something.
Capcom at E3: Guys we're sorry about how we've been treating Mega Man so we're gonna make it up to you by releasing the Mega Man Cancelled Collection with all the titles we cancelled in the condition they we're in just before we pulled the plug. Now who wants Street Fighter X Monster Hunter?
A new Mega Man game from Nintendo and Capcom is somewhat likely. I don't think Nintendo's experience with Mega Man in Super Smash Bros. will only be used in one game. A game like that won't be announced UNTIL E3.
I own a Wii U and 3DS. I also own a PS4!

DmC got too much flack. It was still an excellent title.
Megaman can take a 15 year break, and I wouldn't care. That series has enough games to keep me going.
Ace Attorney is always a solid title, whether that be remake, spinoff or sequel. Same goes with Monster Hunter.
I would like Capcom to make a next-gen fighting title. Not necessarily Street Fighter, or Marvel VS. Capcom, but something that can make use of the PS4 or Xbox One's full power.
I'm new to the Resident Evil scene, so I have no opinions on RE6. For all I know, that game might suit me. However, the direction they took with Revelations, is pretty good on my opinion, so I think Capcom are actually putting the fans ideas into fruition.
Also, I would like them to remake/revive Final Fight for 8th gen consoles.

That is all.
I'm not ashamed to say I replayed that several times but DmC was exactly what I thought it would be a reboot it was a more vulgar take on the "too cool to smoke" Dante and series he stars in, but it was still enjoyable in that guilty kinda way.
Also when will we get to Street Fighter 5?

Capcom was supposedly working on a fighting game other than USF4, so who knows they may announce something at EVO, personally I want to see a new rival schools or a new capcom vs IP.
Time between Street Fighter 2 and Street Fighter 3: 6 years
Time between Street Fighter 3 and Street Fighter 4: 11 years
Time since Street Fighter 4: 4 years.
Also I've been aching to try DmC the reboot. All that mixed opinion makes me even more curious.
always thought I'd change to Gyarados after I turned 20 but hey, this is more fitting I guess. (also somebody registered under the original Magikarp name and I can't get back to it anymore orz)
I think we have reached the point where Capcom is nothing special. Apart from the Monster Hunter 4 I am not looking forward to pretty much anything from them. Resident Evil Revelations was their last game that I really enjoyed.
They will most likely not release a new MegaMan, because Mighty No9 already stole its thunder and fans will just jump on that.
I heard that someone was talking about a Dino Crysis reboot, but that thing probably wouldn't be released in a year even if it was shown today.
Also, Dragon's Dogma most likely didn't bring tons of profit from what I remember, so there we go ...

^ Was about to say give us a Rivals Schools reboot. That or somehow get a contract with Marvel or Disney or whomever and make Marvel vs. Capcom 4 a thing in the near future.
