^Apple doesn't make any of these games, and apparently they don't monitor what comes out on their shop before it's already available, judging from what I've seen. They really need to tighten their approval process a bit so we don't get stuff like this.
I thought that is what set Apple and the iOS apart from say google and Driod, was their strict policy of what apps and games they could have and how they monitored it.
Maybe it was at one point, but they've been loosening up since 2009, according to articles I recently found. It must be getting looser, there's no other way to explain the amount of copyright infringement, untranslated games, and glitchy, broken games I've stumbled upon, just in the Recently Released section.
This reminds me of that hilarious adventure game where people found that much of the images were just quickly found using Google Image Search. It's called Lechuza, look it up.

AH that makes sense. I knew at one point they were really strict which is why alot of my friends went with Droid phones instead of an iPhone. Main reason I did was cause with the carrier I am with I cant get an iPhone.

Apple's approval process is to do with making sure the apps are virus-free and otherwise safe for the user. Apple doesn't check for copyright infringement, but it will immediately take this game down once the inevitable complaint comes from Nintendo/ Game Freak's lawyers.

Ah that makes sense too. Thanks for clearing that up. As I said I am not too familiar with Apple's policy or what thats just what I have heard from people when they bring up the Droid VS iOS topic.
