You know I find it funny how Apple will sue anyone you even comes out with something that resembles their ideas (Samsung, Nintendo) but than they will go ahead and copy someone else ideas with no problems.

^Apple doesn't make any of these games, and apparently they don't monitor what comes out on their shop before it's already available, judging from what I've seen. They really need to tighten their approval process a bit so we don't get stuff like this.

I thought that is what set Apple and the iOS apart from say google and Driod, was their strict policy of what apps and games they could have and how they monitored it.

Is it unoriginal? Yes.
Will it hurt Pokemon in any way? Considering how crappy it looks, nope, not in the slightest. If anything, this will make people say "I wish I was playing Pokemon instead of this," so this could potentially help Nintendo.
Still, those art assests are pretty much... identical.
