Hi there,

We (tons of bits) would like to introduce our online advent calendar...

Untitled

This christmas our online advent calendar "Mission in Snowdriftland" will return. Join the Jump 'n' Fun adventure of 24 levels with one level behind each door.

But that's not even the special part!

This year the advent calendar will run under the "Indie Games Edition". We contacted some of the best Indie Game Developers and asked for exclusive downloads after each level. The feedback was very positive, so that we gathered an impressive list of participants.

At the time of this announcement already participating:

tons of bits (chick chick BOOM)
Akaoni Studio (Zombie Panic in Wonderland)
Broken Rules (And Yet It Moves)
Gaijin Games (Bit.Trip)
Press Play (Max and the Magic Marker)
Ronimo Games (Swords & Soldiers)
Spaces Of Play (Spirits)
Over the Top Games (NyxQuest)

Untitled

We will contact further quality Indie Game Developers to increase the amount of exclusive downloads for the calendar. But we think that the list of participants is already eyecandy for every Indie Games Fan, isn't it? :)

The advent calendar "Mission in Snowdriftland" - Indie Games Edition - will run under this URL:

http://www.mission-in-snowdriftland.com

We hope you like our idea!

Unfortunately not...we would gather them all for ourselves if so :D In fact you will find a download at the end of each level (day) from one Indie Game Developer. These downloads can be Wallpapers, Icons etc., but they are exclusive - means you won't find them anywhere else than on the calendar ;)

Definitely do it! :)

I remember this from a few years ago. It was great, but I don't think I realized it was an ongoing, daily-update thing...so I never came back. How in the world I didn't realize that is beyond me...but I certainly won't miss it this year. :)

If you are tough, persistent and passioned enough to collect them all you will see what the difference is ;)

are the goodies from each set of devs and linked to certain doors, or has everyone contributed something different for each door? or do you pick a stocking of goodies after beating a level or something? do you have to play all the door-levels in order, or can you pick and choose which you'd like to play? i'm not terribly interested in flash games (mainly because my laptop likes to hiccup because i'm usually running too much crap at once), but i'll struggle through whatever I have to in order to see what Gaijin's got for me D:

It seems each door has a set of goodies from each dev/game.
