The Wii version of Indiana Jones and the Staff of Kings is probably worth buying. There are two reasons for this:
1. It's pretty easy to find cheap now.
2. Even though The Staff of Kings game is NOT good, this disc contains an unlockable version of The Fate of Atlantis which is a very good point-and-click adventure.
Granted, you can also find other ways to play The Fate of Atlantis - but this Wii game is arguably the most convenient and accessible way to do so.
I also like the SNES title available on Wii Virtual Console (Indiana Jones' Greatest Adventures) but it's a pretty old-school action game and think that it probably is tougher to recommend today than The Fate of Atlantis.

Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade for PC is a great point-n-click game!!! Of course, it was released in 1989 and that probably will instantly turn people away from it which is a shame because it's gotten good reviews! I had lots of fun playing thru this back in the day!
being released in 1989 actually makes me think theres a better chance it was a quality game. i have an nes indiana jones tengen cartridge my friends dad found in an alley inside a broken nes ages ago. the game makes no sense at all. the perspective is different for every sprite/background, the levels seem to just randomly loop around on themselves, when you press jump without a direction, you jump straight down no matter which way you were facing, pretty much guaranteeing a lava death.
Staff of Kings is much better than what the reviews said. I thought it was great, and it includes the sublime Fate of Atlantis with Wii pointer controls.
But don't get it just for Atlantis. The game really is good. Great story, nice third person platformer/action game. It uses a lot of motion controls and in one or two places in the game it's a pain, but in the most of the game, it works fine.
