We forgive you. Now you have finally accept the almost proven fact that the PSP Go sucks. I might be getting an PS3 next year, but I will never buy there handheld system because of this.

I wonder which one of these is the biggest failure in video games of 2009; the PSP Go or Tony Hawk Ride?

PSP Go without a doubt! Tony Hawk Ride is something that's kind of obscure in the first place, while the PSP Go is the biggest ripoff Sony has ever done, and a total failure...

Fair enough, but your missing out on some good titles, its not the systems fault that Sony made the firmware so easy to breach or that a number of users used that to avoid buying software. The PSPGo was simply a bad solution to a problem, kinda like the 32X was a bad stopgap between Mega Drive and the Saturn for Sega. But the Mega Drive doesnt deserve the hate for the lousy add on, nor does the PSP for the lousy "upgrade"

I agree with Rebecca. Just because the PSPgo wasn't a well thought-out decision on Sony's part, that doesn't change the fact that there are some outstanding PSP-exclusive titles that make the system well worth owning.

I was wondering how you loved the PSPGo. You're forgiven for misleading anyone, Corbie.

thankfully I stuck to the DSi How can I even play PSPGo when I don't have any wifi to download stuff?

EDIT: But I still want you to email me a list of all the good games for the PSP. Mine sits at the back of a closet, I want to like it, enlighten me please.

Uh oh. He's back.

I'm still getting a PSP but just not a PSP Go. There are a lot of good games that I don't want to miss out on.

Sad thing is that PSP piracy is way too high... It must be somewhere in the two-digits percent... I have, for example, NEVER seen anyone with an unmodded PSP, only PSP I've ever seen that hasn't been modded is mine...something that isn't true for the other consoles (Wii, Xbox 360, DS, PS3), and that is very sad indeed, cause although it isn't the greatest handheld (or anywhere near that title), it is a good portable console with some good games that deserve better sales, but as Sony and deceived customers are realizing (the hard way), a crippled version of the system isn't the best way to do it...

It's okay Corbie. I was never interested in the first place. That thing was overpriced anyway.

@Corbie..... ummm you do know that there is a PSP 4000 Model coming out right?

@DarkG.... not true. I know SEVERAL people with modded XBOX and XBOX 360s, and all the other older systems can all be modded in some way or the other. The DS can be modded externally throught a cart mod. People will always mod systems.

Sorry if I didn't explain myself good enough... what I tried to say is that other system's piracy isn't as widespread as PSP piracy, where most owners pirate... I obviously know a couple of people with modded systems, just that the PSP is the only system I don't know anyone that doesn't steal games for it...

Sure PSP isn't the only system where there's piracy, but it is the current gen system where most of it's users are just stealing games, the one with the least gamers...

I was told that there is no PSP-4000 model in the works. The PSPgo is considered the 4000 model and the mistake on the packaging of an accessory pack not too long ago was confirmed to be a mistake. But if a 4000 model comes out, I'll cross that bridge when I get there.

Yes! It's about time.... I mean, great job admitting to your mistake, I find it hard to admit it whenever I'm wrong .

I got turned off of the PSPgo as soon as I heard no UMD. The downloads should compliment the system, not make it.

@Corbie..... I actually heard that there was indeed a 4000 and the packaging was correct lol. All good, we shall see when it gets here. The 3000 model is a great PSP, the screen is fantastic.

@DarkG.... the PSP does in fact have a major piracy problem I do agree. The DS also does too. People were straight up buying the cards and freely downloading DS games right offline, and lots of them. PSP is mostly emulators on older games is what Ive personally seen. Thoght I do know that the same can be done on PSP as DS with downloading and playing full games as well. Me, I dont mess with either. If I want it I buy it to support the system.

Add me to your list. Now there are two of us! I've always loved my PSP in it's stock-straight-out-of-the-box form. it does everything I need it to do just like Sony intended it.
