@'Chu: why not ask him to badmouth Apple, too? lol
Because there's nothing to badmouth about Apple. They are awesome.
You don't get it, lol... Machu gets all warm and tingly inside whenever people badmouth Apple. He loves it. :3

There can only be one, like in that foreign movie where there could only be one, and in the end there is only one dude left, because that was the point.
Thanks for the warning, Corbie. I, a never-before PSP owner, still plan on getting a go when it inevitably drops in price...a lot. I won't be able to afford very many PSP titles at all; as long as I can download Crisis Core and maybe LittleBigPlanet, I'm golden. Also, I don't have the space for another collection of games, so I think it was designed with people like me in mind. Some aspects of it, such as no UMD transfers for loyal fans, the price, etc. are baffling though.
Machu gets all warm and tingly about a lot of things.
It also happens when you sneeze, right? You don't need to live your life in constant embarrassment! There are doctors that can help with such problems.
The potential of a portable console with a huge library of games that you could download was great.
I have just got a cheap psp and would much rather download games for convenience than carry arround a load of umds. I just wish I could play Japanese & European psn downloads on the move without having to connect to the internet to switch accounts.
I broke down and brought a PSP-2000 a year or so ago, the PSP is actually a decent system but its hampered by the fact people buying the system are more likely to download illegal firmware and pirate games than actually buy software sadly. Shame as the system has a great retro selection and some nifty remakes and original titles. Plus its given some great PS2 titles such as Gitaroo Man and Disgea a new lease of life
But the Go was never the way to solve the piracy issue, it may help but it alienates the consumers that brought the original system and games (wheres this UMD game converter people were promised at E3?) plus many Devs seem to struggle getting digital copies of older games out, particularly the EU PSN store lacks a large number of games for all kinds of reasons. Which is a shame when Xbox Live Arcade and Nintendo generally keep things equal between regions.
Digital Content works but Sony should of been a bit more ballsy and make the Go a brand new system or added something to the actual hardware to make up for the lack of UMD slot (after all the DSi added the camera, flash memory and some extra ram and slightly better sound system and processor, PSP Go only has extra memory as an upgrade)
Best thread of 2010 (so far). Hats off to the Corbinator for being big enough to own up.
Agree, That was the most I've laughed all vacation, and todays my last day! Thanks, because I really needed it, and I'm glad you still have you PSP collection, mines looking pretty bare right now (a grand total of TWO games ).
