Never had one before and pretty much bought it on impulse for cheap along with Jet Grind Radio. And since I never had one I pretty much ignored its catalogue unless something was ported over to the other consoles after it went kaputtsville.
I plan on picking up Powerstone 2, Chu Chu Rocket and Typing of the Dead, but after that I'm not so sure. So I turn to you and ask that you help guide me in the right direction!
As I said, I only paid attention to DC games when they wound up elsewhere, so I've already got copies of Space Channel 5 and Resident Evil: Code Veronica X and Rez HD. Shenmue is an obvious choice, but I unfortunately don't really have the time to sink into a billion hour epic between work and my stupidly long backlog.
So what's held up with age? Is it worth checking out Sonic Adventure? Any crazy overlooked gems?
Sonic Adventure = Heck yes. Same with SA2. I personally love Sonic Shuffle but that's just me. Ecco the Dolphin is another good one. Wow, there's quite a few but I can't remember them off the top of my head.
Ah, see my understanding was that it was a massive game. Certainly cost enough to develop. I take it you mean just a straight shot through the main story and not side quests and whatnot?
ILL bleed? Gradia 2 (if you had the time, Sword of the berserk?(don't remember much about it though), Maken X?, Fur Fighters?, Space Channel 5?, Sonic Shuffle? (marioparty type game. Have to think of more. I got Caution: Seaman(talk with a manfish)
If you like shumps, Mars Matrix is a must...... if you have a good DC arcade stick. Record of Lodoss War is a great Diablo style RPG worth picking up also.

Jet Grind Radio and Crazi Taxi. Two of the greatest games of all time. Sonic Adventure is really dated--the camera is really, really awful. It's almost unplayable, in my opinion. Couldn't reccomend that one.
EDIT: Ah, you bought it with Jet Grind Radio. Well played, sir. Well played.
