gamesradar.com had this Awesome article with Hip-Hop Artist maked really good jams featuring Video Game Influence. I took a few minutes to just post them here in the thread, check these out. I listen to some mostly local and underground hip-hop and these are really good.
MUST SEE ....... Bayonetta, Mega Man 9, Guitar Hero, Mega Man 10
Street Fighter, Smash Bros, Mario, Zelda, etc [youtube:Pa3RzJoEKy8]
Have fun cause there is some Really Impressive Music here. I know a lot of people dont click links so I took the time to post the vids here because this is well worth watching by all gamers. Thanks GR for the aweomse music.
While it does take effort to do that stuff, it all seems too awkward (to me) because the original songs weren't meant to have lyrics. The only thing that seems Okay is the Mega Ran stuff, and even that is debatable.
EDIT: I added a bit to the comment to reflect that I personally find it odd.

@V8.... actually Hip-Hop is all about Beat Sampling and putting it together with a bass beat under it and applying lyrics. So hip-hop is perfect for sampling gaming music and applying great lyrics. To see these guys actually taking the Games themself as a lyrical opportunity is quite Awesome.
@Slapshot82 I'm not saying that's it bad, just awkward to me. I'll edit the comment to show that.

@Sylverstone... Isnt it though. The guy who does the Mega Man jams actually has the right to the Mega Man music as he has now relesed 2 Albums with the Mega Man Music beats as his core music to rap too. Pretty cool, as the lyrics also relate to the games. It beats the hecks out of the mostly negative vibes you get in most modern Rap. He actually did a article in a recent Nintendo Power issue wich was really interesting as well.
