He's talked about this game before. He said something to the effect that it'll be so controversial, if it fails he'll have to leave the industry. Kind of a pointless statement to be so dramatic about it and then not say a word about the actual game. Save the drama for once we've seen it or at least know something. That said, I'm definitely looking forward to seeing it even if not for his silly attempt at hyping it.
Considering all the quotes from Kojima himself (see: http://www.1up.com/do/newsStory?cId=3179998) about wanting to do ZoE3 but pushing it back in favor of some "taboo" game, I highly doubt this supposed PS3 game is a new ZoE. My guess it's just going to be another Metal Gear game or something brand new (this "taboo" game). I want a new ZoE but I'm not getting my hopes up anytime soon.
