I'm having a problem with the 'Gateway' for the amazing MMO Dragon Saga @ http://www.warpportal.com and I've done all I could.
Downloading, uninstalling, re-download and installing but the Gateway fails to work. I know Gateway is compatible with Windows Vista but right now I'm having so many frustrations that if it doesn't work or if no here can provide me any assistance then I'm seriously going to go and sign-up and download the other English version of Dragon Saga (Dragonica) at http://dragonica.iah...rost/index.html and try to play it because this WarpPortal Gateway is starting to be a major pain and disappointing frustration. Why in the heck is it not working for me?
It keeps telling me that the 'Gateway encountered an error while installing and failed to install properly'. WHAT? WHAT is going on here? I'm about to cry. I really want to play the North American version of Dragon Saga as advertised in Shonen Jump magazine.

If ever you have a problem with something on another site, TokyoRed, your first order of business should be to contact them for help. There's a 'support' link right at the top of that first page to which you linked; i'd advise asking there.
