Nolan North as Nathan Drake in Uncharted.
A lot of Uncharted characters.
Sly Cooper.
Dimitri from the Sly Cooper series.
Mark Hamil as the Joker in batman games.
Megatron.
to be fair, he's amazing as the Joker in anything, video game or not. :3

To be fair (considering I haven't contributed to this topic), Metal Gear Solid. It's already been mentioned, but the voice acting cast is probably the best in gaming to date.
Which reminds me, I have to go through the original again as apart of my monthly completion addiction. I'm mentally stable, btw.

Anything that comes from LucasArts is good. I still think their games have the best voice acting, especially their older games. Bill Farmer and Nick Jameson -are- Sam and Max to me, and I can't imagine anyone but Dominic Armato as Guybrush.
I quite liked the Prepper from ZombiU actually. Nothing special, I guess, but he did a good job of making you feel panicked with just the inflection of his voice.
The best strategy in the game: go up stairs and pause balls.
Eggman in the Sonic Adventure games, for being the only one so devoted to the character.

Liam O'Brian is where it's at. He's got quite the distinguished voice. He really nails his roles every single time, Persona 3 as Akihito and Zero Escape as Dio, for example.
Martin Sheen as The Illusive Man and Jennifer Hale as FemShep in Mass Effect are also phenomenal.
Whoever does Whealy in Portal 2 is also absolutely amazing at his role.
The Metal Gear Solid series is also pretty good. David Hayter is great, as is the rest of the cast. I just wish the script could be a bit more consise when it comes to the main game, because those cutscenes can be long.
He was brilliant. I was surprised that it was Armin Shimerman (Principle Snyder in Buffy). The voice acting in Bioshock was top notch all round so I look forward to seeing what it's like in Bioshock Infinite.
I thought Balthier in Final Fantasy XII was very good. Also Kanji in Persona 4 (same bloke who did Snow in Final Fantasy XIII).
I agree with those saying Nolan North is good, I loved him as Deadpool in MvC3 as well as Merasmus in Team Fortress 2. Speaking of Team Fortress 2, it has some extremely talented and underrated actors. The guy who plays the Medic also voices Travis Touchdown, Rick May (Soldier) surprisingly has done many Starfox 64 voices (I think General Pepper, Wolf, Andross, to name a few) and many of them have also had many acting roles as well. Lots of talent there, really deserve more attention.
Do you truly look at things positively? For example, do you look at the glass like it's always full? (Half water, half air.) Or when someone "lets the cat out of the bag," do you think it's because the person felt sorry for the cat stuck in the bag? There is a positive side to almost everythin...
