The service has officially launched, and a lot more loaded than expected. So far, it's been a silent update, just adding the games to th marketplace along the day, but later today there will be a client update, as well as the Arcade games arrival (Tinker, World of Goo, Osmos, etc.)

PS: Shadowrun is a cross-platform title, meaning you can play against people playing on Xbox 360 as well as on PC and all that.

Oh man, Tinker doesn't seem to show up on the Marketplace. =/ Isn't 50 bucks a little too much for Fallout 3? Or is it the Game of the Year edition?

Tinker is on the second page, just click All Games and then on the lil "2" in the upper right corner.
I've searched everywhere and Tinker's nowhere to be found.

weird... where's your account from? also, can you see other games like Red Faction and GTA IV? is the option for Full Games available on the left side of the Marketplace for you?

I can see them. But I don't see Universe at War for example.

800 Microsoft Points is around 10 of your local money or less, I'm not sure how much does a prepaid points card cost in other countries... I pay $52 USD for a 4000 MSP card at MaximusCards so dunno...
UPDATE: the price of both Shadowrun and Viva Piñata is discounted by 50%, each of those games will cost 1600 Microsoft Points on a normal day, but will be just 800 Microsoft Points until January 4...
PS: Games on Demand for Windows is worldwide available on all countries with official Xbox LIVE support, and by creating an account from one of those countries in the rest of the world lol
I dunno about shadowrun, but anyone that hasn't yet played Viva Piñata (including those that don't have an Xbox 360) MUST buy it while it's discounted... that game is pure Rare awesomeness!

Street Fighter 4 is $40..... its $29.99 EVERYWHERE and some places you can find it for $19.99 USD. The prices and the massive amounts of storage space make this seem like its not a great deal unless you dont already own the consoles.

Street Fighter IV is $40 on Steam and Direct2Drive, the Digital Distribution market leaders... so it is a fair price....
you could obviously find it cheaper at retail, or even used... but that's besides the point. if the MSRP is $40, the it will be $40 in every digital distribution channel, when the Manufacturer lowers the MSRP, then the price will come down.
On a different note, look that recent releases like DiRT2 are already available there, for $40 (3200 Microsoft Points), that's $20 cheaper than a new release for a console game... plus it's the best version (it has support for tessellation, a DX10.1 / DX11 feature... in fact, is one of the first full DirectX 11 games).
PS: DiRT 2 is compatible with Windows XP (DX9), Windows Vista (DX9, DX10, DX10.1) and Windows 7(DX9, DX10, DX10.1, DX11), requires a 3.0 GHz single-cored CPU or better (1.5+ GHz dual-cored CPU), 2 GB of RAM and a middle range DirectX 9 GPU or better (GeForce 6800 / Radeon X1550)
