All the Mega Drive Sonic games. They have aged awfully and are filled with plain cheap difficulty at times. I can't stand them.

Actually, you can throw just about every Sonic game apart from Sonic 1 Master System, Adventure 1, Colours and Generations onto that list. And even those last three are no more than good in my book. Almost every single Sonic game is filled with cheap difficulty and I can't stand it.

Sonic 1 MS is just a special exception, freaking love that game. MS 2 though I despise with a passion.

Metroid Prime 3: Corruption- not even close to as good as the others, dissapointing, less than wowed me...
Super Mario Galaxy 2- extremely dissapointing, repetitive, easy, uninspired, lazy, linear, i could go on and on for hours...

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time:
Maybe it's simply because I didn't go into it blinded by nostalgia. The game is so much longer than it needs to be simply due to time spent running from one location to another. The infamous side-jumping being the fastest way to get about shows bad design, and the fact that you need to do a side mission just to unlock a horse to travel more quickly really highlights the issue. Hidden secrets are rare, useless and unimaginative, and it seems like the game is focused more on showing itself off on a visual and technical standpoint rather than actual design and mechanics (Which although I'm sure impressed many people when they first played it on the N64, was a bad choice).

This of course isn't the only game I've disliked than many people have loved - but I prefer to only enrage one group of blinded fanboys at a time.

I don't like Assassin's Creed, Dead Space series after 1, Uncharted after 1, I don't like Little Big Planet either, I couldn't really get into inFamous so I didn't even try 2, Mass Effect 1 turned me off of the whole series, Angry Birds, Final Fantasy series, the Pokemon games after Diamond and Pearl, The Bit.Trip series except Runner 2, I didn't like any of the Halos except the remake of 1, Reach, and maybe 4, Gears of War 3's solo campaign was horrible but I liked that one's online the most. That's pretty much it.
I'm surprised no likes Skyward Sword, or Starfox Adventures and Assault. Those were good games I thought.

EDIT: Actually, I didn't like Bioshock 2 or Borderlands either, and alot of the free PS+ games that I've gotten for the past year. I bought alot of the games everyone would say are awesome like AC, and I bought Bioshock 2 when it was brand new, but I was just surprised by alot the franchises of how little they added to change the game at all. The story and pacing being IMO abnormally slow was what turned me off of alot of these games.

@WesCash - really, that [reasons you stated] makes it the worst Mario for you? I don't mind so much that it was easy (but there were definitely some challenging moments on there, and it's a big challenge when it comes to completing the game), and I personally never found it to be "derivative". I'm sorry that you didn't like Super Mario 3D Land, but hey, different strokes for different folks, right? Pardon my reaction, but this is the first time I've heard someone put Super Mario 3D Land and "Worst Mario" in the same sentence

No need to excuse your reaction, it's only my opinion. When I say "worst Mario", I'm comparing it to only the main Mario games (ie Mario platformers) in case that wasn't clear. I believe that all of the other 3D Mario games (64, Sunshine, Galaxy 1 and 2) are much superior to 3D Land. All of the classic 2D Mario games are pretty close to perfection as well. As for the New Super Mario games, I have only played the DS and Wii versions (not the WiiU or 3DS ones) but I can say that I had more fun with those than 3D Land. 3D Land is not a bad game. I just have high standards for Mario games I guess, and for whatever reason 3D Land didn't do enough to satisfy me. It didn't have the fast pace or difficulty of a 2D Mario game and it also lacked the broad scope and element of exploration that the 3D games have. It ended up being lost somewhere in the middle.

In addition to my earlier contribution, I'll add Mutant Mudds.

It's not a bad game by any means, but it's definitely not the be all, end all, of eShop platformers. It doesn't look convincingly retro, it's difficulty later on just gets plain cheap instead of creative, and it has the most generic, uncreative theme I have ever seen in a video game.

That said, it makes brilliant use of the 3D, the controls themselves are tight, and it has a bucketload of content, but the aforementioned issues just really make me wonder what some see in it (in terms of it being one of the best things ever).

Heavy Rain, sure it's got awesome graphics but the whole gameplay is quick time events, that's not a game Sony! Not to mention the story is completely depressing, I would throw that game out the window if I could luckily a friend bought it from me.

Other then that, Lego [Insert popular licence name] Game, hate those games and hate when they do cartoons about it on tv even more.

Super Mario 3d Land. It was far too easy, the levels felt very generic and uninspired, and the linearity of the levels annoyed me greatly.. Definitely one of the worst Mario games..

Super Mario World. Keep in mind, I don't think this is a bad game, just very overrated. To me it just felt like SMB 3 with graphical improvements and slight level changes. Nothing really to write home about..

Monster Hunter. Constantly whacking a monster with a weapon and occasionally dodging just makes for a repetitive game to me..

@waveboy Yeah that's why it annoyed, it was trying to be a 2d mario game with 3d worlds. Those two don't mix well together for me..

Everyone's crazy over Team Fortress 2, and while I see the appeal, it just wasn't for me at all - I was tired of it in a couple of hours, and hated prettty much all the classes. I still have a lot of respect for it, though. Same with Left4Dead and Call of Duty.

@WaveBoy, it's not the pixel perfect jumping that I thought were cheap, it was the off screen enemy attacks (mostly those blobs that shoot their eye at you, but occasionally those bomb dropping ones as well).

Just going along, trying to land all your jumps, and then all of a sudden a bomb gets dropped on you from an enemy you can't see & had no way of knowing was there until you've already been hit, ugh...

Rayman Origins, Sonic & Sega All Stars Racing games, and Epic Mickey, can't think of much else, because I can usually tell ether I'll like a game or not.

I used to travel the stars, then I discovered Earth, and these incredibly addicting things called 'Video Games.'

I personally thought online battling and trading was the best thing they've done to the series. That was new.
