Definitely Kirby Air Ride. Yeah, the rest of the game is pretty mediocre, but City Trial is the greatest multiplayer game of all time! I've spent countless hours playing that with friends.

The Hobbit - The old PC game. (Also released on Gamecube and probably PS2) I played through that game a while back and really enjoyed it- I even beat it! (It was rare for me to actually play all the way through a game back then.) It had a good mix of exploration, platforming, puzzle solving, and fighting, as well as having plenty of side stuff to try and collect.

I am in the movie - DSiWare game NintendoLife gave a 2/10. However, despite it's flaws, it's still fun to mess around in, especially for the $2 price tag. You can do some pretty cool stuff with it, but you just need to make sure you don't take it seriously and just have fun with it.

RHEM - A 2003 PC game that has a 53/100 on Metacritic. It's a first-person adventure game trying to be the next MYST (The case I have for it even quotes "Fans of Myst and Riven rejoice - RHEM is here!" Just Adventure - Randy Sluganski) While it has its problems (Poor graphics and sound for the time, practically no plot except for the very beginning and end of the game, and some other small things) I still enjoyed it. The puzzles were done well and really got me thinking. I guess you could say it was more of a relaxing puzzle solving game than an adventure game.

Zelda: Skyward Sword.

For some, it's the worst in the series, but I think it's the best.

Yay! Finally someone in the same boat as me (tied with Link to the Past). I understand that people dislike it, but the bosses (except maybe imprisioned), dungeons, music, characters, and emotional impact are phenomenal. I think critics weren't TOO harsh on it, but certain butthurt (coughMMfanscough) fans were VERY angry about it. Heck MM isn't my favorite but I at least appreciate it...except the Great Bay Temple...worst Zelda dungeon/boss combination ever, IMO.

I loved Skyward Sword. The combat was excellent, the overworlds well designed, and boss battles fun to fight. My only gripe was FI being particularly intrusive in the game, which surprised me after Midna's more hands off nature. I feel this deserves mention because I'm one of those who names Majora's Mask as their favorite Zelda game.

I'm really going to miss the Skyward Sword combat in the Wii U Zelda game.

And to answer the topic question, I still love Gauntlet Legends. When I went back to check what critics of the time scored the game, I was surprised at the low scores.. Not surprising, though, since the game basically requires 2 or more players to really shine.

ditto. also i thought that Sonic Heroes was a solid game despite being a bit repetitive.

I wouldn't say "solid" since it was glitchy as hell, but it was a very interesting game that I kinda wish was given more time so it could be more polished and maybe expanded upon. I was honestly ready for that to be the direction Sonic was headed only for it to...veer off course...

Conduit 2 was a solid sci-fi shooter that fixed many of the problems of the first one. It's level of self aware ridiculousness makes it perfect for Nintendo platforms. Crazy story and fun online.

Steel Diver: Sub Wars is also a bit underated. It has rewarding online play and unlike a lot of Nintendo games I feel that it is almost completely skill based. It's also the only game that Nintendo updates regularly based on community feedback, making it a better game month after month.

Sonic Lost Word:A lot of Sonic fans seem to bash this game, but I still think it's a great 3D Sonic game.Sure,it's kind of Mario Galaxy-ish and the villains are garbage stereotypes, plus it's too easy, but it was still just really fun to play through for me.

Mario Party 9:Another game a lot of fans seem to hate. The car mechanic not only felt fresh to me,but it added a bit more flow to the gameplay, because everyone moves together at the same pace instead of one person barely moving at all while another makes an entire lap around the board in 3 turns. The minigames were fun,the boards were fun,it was just completely fun to me.

Currently playing:A little bit of everything :D
Fan of:Adventure Time,The Legend of Korra,The Amazing World of Gumball,Regular Show,Futurama, and gaming on handhelds, consoles, and the PC.

Oh yeah! Both The Conduit (69 - 79 critics) and Conduit 2 (64 - 51 critics) were tossed aside as "good for the Wii". Ridiculous. They were both well thought out and highly enjoyable (though that Conduit 2 ending...). The ASE was a neat twist, and I enjoyed my time playing - and beating - both games.

*Code of Princess (3DS) 67 - 38 critics: This isn't one of my favorite games. Heck, I only just started playing it. Still, I think it's funny, and the battling isn't that bad. It should probably have at least a 70 (I'd give it higher) to avoid being on this list.
...

Wow. Code of Princess isn't a game that will change your life, and it's even not a "must own" title on 3DS... but it's a good game that has a bunch of cool features. Really surprised that it rated so poorly with critics!

The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring I guess nowadays, with all the awesome LOTR games, it wouldn't enjoy it as much as back when it was released, but the atmosphere in it was great. When you were making your escape from Shire quitely, trying to avoid Nazguls, it was really intense. I might replay it, but it was stolen with some other stuff years ago

WET - I love games in vain of Max Payne, big epic shoot outs and action, and DMC, so when I heard about it that it was the mix of the two, I really wanted to play it. Even though it got mixed reviews, I still picked it up. If only it had better graphics and optimalization and got rid off that annoying red/black sections, it could've been awesome, but it had to crap all over itself, like Metal Gear Rising with stealth.

Gothic 3 - I understand criticism towards this game. When it came out, it was broken down mess of a game, barely working and locking up all the time. Thankfully, after all the patches (the last one was made in 2012, 6 years after the game hit the shelves) made by community with the help of developers (unlike Bugthesda douches, who always release garbage and expect people fixing their worthless programming job... and people are still kissing them in the back) and they fixed most of the bugs and imrpoved many things, like graphics and gameplay tweaks. It's a great game with huge world and a lot to do. It looks little outdated and plays like old game, obviously, but for what it is, it's good.

Cold Fear - completely overlooked game, probably because by then Resident Evil 4 was all the rage. The graphics were pretty good for a time and Ubisoft did a pretty good job with this genre. It was safe, brought nothing new, but if you are mad with capcom with how they butchered RE6, then pick this game up. If you liked what Capcom did with the ship in Revelations, then you will probably enjoy it.

They just keep appearing. I should feel personally offended or something.

*Game & Wario (Wii U) 61 - 60 critics: This game was soooo much better than that 61 would indicate. The single player can be a tad shallow, but the fun is in the multiplayer, and boy does it shine there. Fronks and Pictionary (or whatever they called it instead) are hilarious with a group of friends, and that is a 100% recommended game.

The ending is where my opinion differs from most. While it could have have been more impactful if they were going for the whole tongue-cheek-thing, which they apparently were, I felt the ending was quite funny and caused me to speculate wildly, even to this day, what a Conduit 3 could be. The potential for more campy characters and off-the-wall gameplay is bigger than even the classic Timesplitters IMO. I can dream.

Resident Evil 6. There were some parts I absolutely hated but I thought Leon's and Ada's campaigns were strong enough that it made the game pretty enjoyable overall. Still not anywhere near as good as the classics but these days if you get anything halfway decent from Capcom you have to take it. I thoguht that's what the game was. Nothing special but had some very good moments.

Although ''critics'' didn't give Metroid: Other M a bad score per se, it got a lot of backlash from other people though. Despite that, I thorougly enjoyed that game.

Senran Kagura Burst - Metacritic rank of 62
Conception II: Children of the Seven Stars - Metacritic rank of 62
The Starship Damrey - Metacritic rank of 58

Also, Fantasy Life getting a rank of 72 is criminal. And Soul Hackers got a 74! Disney Magical World got 71!

This is infuriating!

The only game that I really like that got rated low was Rune Factory: Oceans for PS3. Was given 55/100 on MetaCritic, but I've played it for over 80 hours now.

Funnily enough, the Wii version of the game, which is identical, except the PS3 version has enhanced graphics, got 78/100 on MetaCritic. But I guess that's because people who review Nintendo games are more open to the HM/RF series, and PS3 reviewers weren't into this kind of game.

Certainly worthy of more than 5.5/10 though.

Exactly the same here(including the 80+ hours).
