I would call it 'Nizzo: Str8 Out The Ball Bag' followed up by non subtitled 'Get Off My Nizzo's' and 'Nizzo: The Third Leg In A Nutshell'... The possibility of massive media attention is through the roof multi million seller with those titles.
if I'm gonna do a phallus-themed game, I might as well go full monte (see what I did there?)
Barzeef is my Mario, or Sega's sonic, or Naughty Dog's Crash. Well, maybe... I honestly have no clue if they had other less-successful characters first. But yeah... he's my "I need a character. I have limited art skills. OOH I KNOW! Green face with an eye." born-of-necessity character I've developed a whole cheesy storyline for. Trilogy's all designed and kinda awesome, and I'm gonna have an RPG chapter that leads up to the events in the platformer trilogy that's a bit out-of-scope (huge, might not be possible with a team of me), but it's in motion now fellas.
I'm tempted to sort of evolve through the portable generations - this game is designed to be original gameboy with option to graduate to Gameboy Color... Next game I was thinking of mime-ing GBA (240x160, in terms of soundcard and specs...and third in the series... I dunno. Anywho, that's the plan.
Thanks a ton for the kind words on the music... This is the first time I've written something specifically for a soundtrack (well, almost first - but it was only a couple songs last time w/o chip restrictions) and it means a lot to hear the niceness!

I'm gonna talk to digicert tomorrow about a one year plan so i can sign my EXEs and they don't scare antivirus programs half to death. I'll toss you guys a demo then!

You've got a big thing going on here mate so grab it by the horns because the potential for satisfying market penetration is massive... Don't let the little fella just hang in the breeze otherwise the idea will shrivel up and go back on itself if the pressure to perform becomes too much to handle.
We're all rooting for ya SwerdyMurd because if you don't let it fly ask anyone on NL and they will tell ya that would just blow

...How are you not banned yet?
ON TOPIC: As others have said, great GB-styled music. The actual game also looks quite cool too. Best of luck to you.

Game looks cool! Sounds are bloody good too! Wish people like you could upload your games easily to 3DS download service so we could play them on our handhelds!
If things go well for the next year (a few more projects that earn enough to get me ahead of rent for a while) ill look into the eshop thing. I don't think there's a dude on this planet who doesn't want to see his game on a Nintendo console.

I'm waiting until I have the boss fight scripted and drawn. I still have a couple sprites left to draw, then ill colorize the whole batch at once. Gimme 3 days or so and ill happily provide!
Got sidetracked with music and setting a loop system up (to extend game length - makes subsequent plays harder) - gonna hopefully knock out the boss today but I need a nap. I just watched a Steven Segal movie.

@ark sin - that would add approximately a year and a half to my development cycle - seriously, programming for GB requires insane working knowledge of assembly coding, Z80 hardware, and memory management. I'm still in disbelief that anything ever ran on that (or NES, honestly) after looking into how it works Gives me even more respect for Sivak pulling off the Battle Kid NES rom.... Man that guy's talented.
It's only the base 1-12 levels - no color mode, no alternate soundtracks, no 2nd and 3rd loop through harder variations of the levels, a few minor display issues on results screens, etc. - but it's 1.0 done.
Can't give a link yet....The exe isn't signed, and antivirus programs don't like it very much... Gonna talk to digicert / Clickteam and see if I can get it squared away, then you can all give it a shot!

For now it's joy2key, but honestly adding joystick support should be really fast. Just haven't gotten around to it yet - ill knock that out after the digicert stuff.
