Topic: Game Days at Game Stop

I went to Game Stop today to see what they had and they had some pretty sweet deals. I spent 125 dollars and here is what I got...

Endless Ocean 2 (with Wiispeak) $30 - Normal $30
Rune Factory Frontier $20 - Normal $30
Assassin's Creed II $30 - Normal $60
Bioshock $15 - Normal $20
Call of Duty Modern Warfare (Game of the Year Edition) $20 - Normal $40

So I ended up saving $65! Which is pretty good since all the games I got were new. Anyway, just thought like sharing

They also have a big sale on March 30th with new titles having up to 50% off.

Well I believe Game Days is supposed to last for like a week, so it will be going March 30th. I'm almost positive today was the first day.

They had other great deals to like Sonic's Utlimate Genesis Collection for 15 and Final Fantasy A2 for 15. But I have those games already

Yes today was the first day as I went myself. They are doing their multiple game trade in specials so you can get more for your trades and 50% off several New Games.

I traded in a ton of stuff, and bought
Xmen Wolverine Uncaged Edition PS3 for $19.99
Wolfenstien PS3 for $29.99

both games were half off and I saved $50 bucks.

Gamestop isn't bad as anyone says it is or atleast the one I go to.

I bought Resident Evil 5 used for 21 euro and there are NO scratches....it has the manual and it has good casing.
Now not all the time will that happen(Mostly with PS2 titles....their always scratched and in pieces. lol)
But their used titles are in good condition at my gamestop. lol

Plus I had a good conversation with some employee there too.
I was actually....socializing.....I.....I....don't believe....I saw a human that day. lol jk.
But really...not as bad as anyone says they are.

@Sean..... lol. My buddy is the Store Manager at one of the 10 Gamestops in my county. Hang on maybe its 11. OMG we got a bunch of them.

Speaking of sales and good deals: Play N Trade has a buy 2 get 1 free deal going on for their used stuff. The free game can't be over 20 bucks and they're not including DS or Wii games in this deal, unfortunately.

I scored The Orange Box, Bioshock, and The Last Remnant for around $36

I'm hoping Game Stop will do something like this soon as the have a huge inventory compared to my local Play N Trades. Probably 4x more games.

@Magi... you will love Bioshock. The game is seriously AMAZING, if not The Best game Ive EVER Played.

I hope so. I have such a HUGE back log of games though, I don't know when I'll ever get to it. I think I'm going to move it to the top of the list though since everyone has such rave reviews for it.

I picked up Resident Evil 4 Wii Edition ($12.99) and Henry Hatsworth in the Puzzling Adventure ($14.99). Was tempted to get Umbrella Chronicles or Rune Factory Frontier but I didn't know much about either game so I passed.
