It seems as if I was wrong with the "Classics Pack" I tested it out, and it's essentially a launcher for Golden Axe (and any other genesis game you purchase on steam). It seems kinda odd that's what they labeled it as though.

It's just a way to make customers happy. That way they will probably want to spend some money on their other products.
In that case, they still didn't do it right. They should have released Master System games on steam for free for atleast three games which is Wonder boy III, Phantasy Star and Donald Duck.

Donald Duck would properly have a load of red tape involved due to it being a Disney character.

They gave golden axe, which apparently comes with a launcher menu that advertises other popular genesis games, that's the hook.
I got Golden Axe and its just a poor man's port of the arcade one. Sure, its was great back then but now its nothing. Although Streets of Rage 2 was good so that's ok I guess.
LOL GTA and Tony Hawk are the same as Jet Set Radio
I mean at least one has skating and it's similar sorta, but GTA? Because of the Bikes that NOBODY ever uses?
