Topic: Fortune Street port or remake? YES! PLEASE!

The best reasons why Fortune Street would be a good remake for the 3DS:

#1 It's addicting! Unlike most games that claim to be addicting I loose interest in quickly but I still love Fortune Street!

#2 It's got the potential to be a family friendly and fun game! My mom likes to play it and my friends play it whenever they comeover!

#3 Its educational! It encourages you to work your brain muscles! I bought this game thinking it could teach me a thing or 2 about business. Guess what? It DID! Because since 1 of my dreams is to own a coffeeshop one day I needed to learn about financial strategy. Which is written allover this game! (:

#4 Because its only... (drumroll) $12 on Amazon.com last time I checked, I told my friend Trev since I saw this game so cheap I would get it 4 his bday he loves this game because of me!

#5 Think about all the intriguing things you can do with Streetpass in this game! I personally hate the concept of sharing profile cards so I don't really think that would be so hot. But I do hope for challengers to compete against with, a medley of 4 boards selected by the 3DS owner I Streetpassed. But then again maybe not a profile card system but I can see the users accomplishments so that way I can figure out their playstyle and strategy b4 I compete against them. Share unlocked fashions based on what the user has already unlocked b4 u met them, then you get to wear them in the store. Have an option to get extra stock that you can start with having no matter what board your playing until you sell it. I could think of a ton!

#6 If I could take this game with me anywhere I seriously would play it anywhere! After I clock out from work, chilling at the mall, waiting 4 an appointment, in line for a burger. I like games that make me think they keep me busy.

#7 What if they added 2 sets of new characters from an individuality separate series from Nintendo and Square Enix? Sure we can already play as Mario and DragonQuest characters but what if they kept those and added Zelda and Final Fantasy! Whooohoohoo!

#8 I'm mean c'mon guys Fortune Street is a kind of game that you can't expect what they would do with for the next one!

#9 I want it more then the recently announced Mario Party 3DS!

#10 Rafle cards could be an augmented reality pick!

In Japan, Fortune Street is actually a long running series called Itadaki Street. If they were going to make another Fortune Street in the West (which is unlikely because the sales weren't great) they wouldn't have to remake Fortune Street at all, but rather make a whole new game with new/more boards and characters.

Thats y I'm posting this right and mentioning how cheap it is so more ppl would want to give it try. If anything I kno I don't hav the right to ask this of u but I'm going to anyway. Can you please go buy this game 4 urself! U won't waste a dime!

I thought Fortune Street was fun. I can see it coming to 3DS. It would be fun, yet I'd rather see it coming to the Wii U.

Or both! This gets me so hyped up!

I already have Fortune Street (bought it when it was still 40$ at a local retailer) and I enjoyed it a lot, but I think it would benefit from being on a handheld rather than a console. I suppose that it is a game that I'd like to play on the go, and since it was a console game I got less use out of it, since I could only play while at home.

I've always been interested in Fortune Street since it came out, but I never got it because of other games taking priority. Maybe they can release an eShop version, that way Nintendo wouldn't loose money on manufacturing if it doesn't sell well. I'd buy a smaller version of it for £10 on the 3DS eShop.

Yep thats my problem too. It looks interesting enough and it looks fun as well and I love a good board game, but every time I think about getting it some other game comes along that I want to play more so I either get that game or I start saving so that way when it comes out I have the money for it.

Yeah it seems that I only play Fortune Street when I have friends though in the past I did play it a lot. I beat the Dragonquest cup and the mushroom cup I only have 3 boards left on the special cup. But the one I tried was so ridiculously hard that I gave up. It's not the board but the strategy of the characters for that board! Thats another reason why it should be on the 3DS! Because then I can be more willing to give time to harder boards. Right now my Wii U holds priority of the activity when I do stuff on it. Now I only go on the Wiimode either to let my mom play Let's Create Potter or relax with Cozy Fire or 2 download something new from Wiishop. Besides that I'm mainly online with the Wii U gamepad, Playing Nintendoland, or tring to figure out how to find my through the Psychomeron in Darksiders 2 cuz I'm stumped. Returning for Miiverse announcements following great artwork. I mean it can go on and on theres a great opportunity to have Fortune Street sell more being on the 3DS!

I hope they make a Fortune Street 3DS, I enjoyed the Wii one alot.
