Topic: Final Fantasy 13

It does look good.

PS3 Version = 1 disc.
Xbox 360 = 3 discs.

I'm going with the PS3 version for that reason and the fact that I don't want to get halfway through and my 360 malfunction somehow. I got the E68 today and scared the crap out of me.

Man, how many Final Fantasy games are they gonna make? There's like 10 series based of it. And now they're on the thirteenth, with the fourtienth in development.

@y2josh: Another reason why I'm getting the PS3 next year, It's the strongest console of this generation in power.

@Xkhaoz: Mario has over 200 games and people aren't complaining. Oh well, go ahead with your complaining.

Can't wait for this. Gonna be getting the Xbox 360 version as I don't own a PS3 yet.

I'm not a big Final Fantasy fan, but I will be buying the PS3 version. I'm also very intrested in Final Fantasy Versus XIII, that game looks awesome.

Ugh...judging from the trailers, I can already tell the story and dialogue are simply horrific. The gameplay looks good, but then again, FFX and FF12's gameplay also looked good, but turned out to be horrible in the end. We'll see how this goes...

I just hope Versus XIII turns out to be good, even if it is a PS3 exclusive(only reason why I want a PS3 right now).

Agreed. Too bad I don't really like the art direction, and I find the massive amount of effects simply blinding - I'll probably just skip every cutscene just to keep my eyeballs from melting!

I kinda prefer Final Fantasy 14 do to it's classic style feel to it 13 it's more futuristic which is disappointing since FF7 this has been my problem with the series don't get me wrong Final Fantasy 13 looks awesome just the setting i don't like.
