Okay, so while playing through Other M, I found the best cut scene I believe to ever be in a Wii game.
So, what, in your opinion is your favorite Gaming cut scene? Here is mine.

One cutscene that's extremely Bizarre, is the cutscene in Twilight princess, after you beat the 3rd Temple (Zora temple) That's based on Dark Link's and an evil Ilia
This one made me cry when I was younger and now I can't stop laughing at the cheesiness. "Lets go home, to the planet as cool and blue as me!" PRICELESS!

Oh, that's a great one. One of my all time favorite cut-scenes is in Twilight Princess as well--the one where Zant invades Hyrule Castle and Zelda drops the sword...priceless. The ending cutscene of Shadow of the Colossus might be the greatest ever, though.

The opening sequence to Final Fantasy X took my breath away - I bought a PS2 for that game, and at the time the game was so far ahead of anything else I had seen (having only owned a N64, and not been a PC gamer in the past).

There can only be one, like in that foreign movie where there could only be one, and in the end there is only one dude left, because that was the point.
That scene in TP mentioned earlier is probably my favorite. It's the first cutscene that really made me respond emotionally, rather than just "Wow, this is a cool cutscene". That one was pretty freaky. The opening cutscene in FFXII is also amazing, with some of the best pre-rendered graphics I've seen. I wish it had kept going; I would have loved to have been watching a Final Fantasy movie of that quality. Of course, the story in FFXII isn't exactly anything new or exciting, (unlike IGN's review would have you believe...I don't know what they were smoking) but that cutscene makes everything start out strong.
Ah, you know what my favorite cut scenes are? The ones in Conker's Bad Fur Day. My god are those funny.
The opening scene to Dead Rising Case Zero. Maybe it's just because I love Dead Rising, but the interaction between Chuck and his daughter just seems so real, and you really feel for what Chuck is going through.
I also really like a lot of the cut scenes in Grand Theft Auto 4. The humour, the story, the action and all that. Mostly the humour, though
Oh, and as everyone is saying, many of the cut scenes in Twilight Princess are great.
