I will probably have to go with the Master Sword, first thing that I was able to think of, probably because of your Avatar. Can't really think of anything else, maybe the Holy Hand Grenade or Super Sheep from Worms Armageddon (I prefer the rope to both of those but not sure it counts as a weapon).

Chakrams (Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning) Black Widow sniper rifle (Mass Effect 3) Switch Axes (Monster Hunter Tri) Kratos main blades in the God of War games. I believe they have a different name and it each game but they are all pretty awesome.
