Man what's going on at Epic, I mean if you have nothing to show and burned a ton of good will with fortnite being well fortnite and so many people leaving. They should have waited till they has something to actually show to the public. Guessing they're going to be a free to play engine factory from now on.

@Kodeen Ever hear of Loadout? It's another free-to-play game that does it very well.
Anyways, I'm REALLY excited. I've always loved the Unreal Tournament franchise, and I'm glad to see they're focusing on PC this time. But can they pull it off without Cliff Blezinski?
I'm really running out of ideas for my signature.
I've got the power! The Hidden Power!
I used to run on blast processing. Now I'm 64-bit.
Currently playing: ARK: Survival Evolved, Splatoon I AM STILL NEAR-PERFECT!!!
Barring TF2, Unreal Tournament 2004 was the last major PC FPS I really got into (since my computer somehow eventually couldn't handle it looking better than "laggy mid-90s game") so this makes me pretty happy to see. Of course I'm worried about being able to actually play it decently. Also good to see they realized that I have no interest in paying money for an FPS without being able to see if its not watered-down mediocrity and I can play it well first.

The main thing they do is sell the engine. If they just use this stuff as advertising for it then that will be fine. Doesn't affect what anybody using it will be able to do. (A version with the store could be forked and used with a private server or whatever. Presuming there are no catches).
Definitely something i'll check out, been a pretty decent fan of the games Epic have been making, especially Fortnite and my favorite game they made Gears 3, nice to see they're still doing something and it's nice to see they want to try out the free to play model.
