I've been Playing ROS (PS4) for the last 2 hours, I think i'm sending it back. For some reason the games just not clicking with me, it looks cool, plays cool but its just not that much fun rat the moment. I think i'll give it a couple of days before i write it off as Amazon returns is 30 days anyway.

I actually liked the free trial (PC) and thought i'd love this game but as it stands i can't see me spending too much time on it. At least First Light comes out next week so if this doesn't click for me i can stare at my pre-order count down until then lol.

In my opinion, not worth it to get a console just for this. Also, the price will probably be cut by half in next month or two.

One run can take from 10 to 15 hrs, 20 tops, depends on how you play (you can even do it in 5-7 if you really want to). Problem is, if you are for the campaing only, it is totally not worth it, but if you have friends online or for co-op, then it gets more interesting and worth consideration.

Not for this alone no, i've spent sometime with it online and offline and i think its a fun game if you have friends who also play it and love to grind for hours. The story is really just a well presented place holder for nuking mob after mob with your biggest spells and collecting loot, as such the campaign is not the meat of the game. The adventure mode is where you and your friends will spend most of your time, grinding maps and hitting rifts. Personally i didn't like playing with randoms online much, it got too boring for solo play and neither my partner or brother like it so local co-op is a bust for me too.

To give you an idea of my tastes my best games so far on PS4 are Second Son (1st Light coming soon), Towerfall (Awesome), Tomb Raider( Best TR yet IMO), WarFrame (love this f2p game) , Dw8XLC (best Warriors game yet), Resogun (Great co-op) and Awesomenaughts (Fun multi-player). I have a ton of "free" PSN+ games and i've played and traded most of the PS4 library at this point but the only stand outs to me (your tastes will no doubt vary) are listed above.

That said PS4 is a great piece of hardware and has some great games out already and even more incoming so whenever you do take the plunge you'll have some great games to play.

the PC version would run better (it ask NOTHING as requirements go, a tricore would be good enough) but after plying the PS4 version (and the Pc too) i say for some reason feels somewhat better on consoles... i dont know why

the problem with the PS3 its the framerate, it sucks... its all over the place, look at the videio

Hey guys - didn't want to start a brand-new thread just for one little question.

So I played Diablo III on PC at launch (we all know how that was), and haven't played for a long time. I didn't even buy the expansion.

But I keep hearing the console version is really good with the controller and super addicting (has the expansion too, right?). Anybody who bought it on console think it's worth a purchase? Also, if it helps, I probably wouldn't be playing it with friends - just going by my lonesome lol If it goes low enough on that Amazon Prime day coming up I might buy it. Thanks!

@rallydefault: I'll let you know later. I played a little of the PS3 version with my brother and it was smooth as butter, but the PS4/XBO versions are apparently much better, with regular updates and stuff. I recently picked that up, so I think I'll give it a try in...20 minutes, I guess. Hopefully I can get in an hour or so before lunch.

@CanisWolfred: Ok, yea, let me know if you can. I just couldn't really get into it on the PC, but I keep hearing the console version is so much better.

Oh crap...I had a bunch of updates to download and ran out of time to play it yesterday...which was the only time I really had to play games this weekend...sorry...

@rallydefault: Sorry for the late response was really busy this weekend.

I like you started playing this on PC but stopped after the auction house ruined it and the controls just felt odd to me. I picked it up last Black Friday from the PSN store and it is probably my most played PS4 game. The game feels much better with a controller at least to me, it runs really well and can be played with multiplayer either offline, online or a mix of the two. It's a fun game to to solo as well. The amount of loot and the different modes they have as well as what each mode has to offer keeps the game fresh. The different classes and all the different builds gives you alot to play with too. There's crafting as well. If you get the PS4 version you will get all the updates that the PC gets as well.

Also even if you don't play with people online any friends you have on your friends list that also play Diablo III will be able to send you gifts and vice verse. And monsters that have killed them may show up in your game as part of the nemesis mode and if you kill it you get a huge XP and loot bonus.

If you do get it on PS4 feel free to add me, but yeah I can't recommend this game enough.

@Tasuki: Awesome, thank you!

Yea, everything you said pretty much confirms what I've been hearing. I'm going to wait for this Amazon Prime Day thing and see if it goes on sale. In all honesty, I pretty much forget the entire game - I played through it once on PC, but then never touched it again. So it will almost be like playing it fresh haha (especially with the expansion).

@rallydefault: With how much stuff the expansion adds it's is like a whole new game. If you played it before expansion and enjoyed it, you are going to love it now.
