I'm sure Adam will be happy about this news, and maybe some others, as well. It's a great game, and I'm glad to see it come to PSN even though I already have it on Live Arcade.

Pretty good news, saw it yesterday. I have mixed feelings about the game. I think it's overrated, but it's not bad either. I'll get it if it's cheap, but beat-em-ups were always pretty limited, and the New Grounds humor holds no appeal for me whatsoever, being that I am no longer five.

My favorite game ever made. I have 5 level 99s and have beaten the game on insane twice. More than 200 hours of gameplay for me.

@Adam: I guess I misremembered your interest in this title. Also, I resent the implication that I am mentally five just because I think this game is funny! Well, the poop jokes in the forest were a bit much, but it's mostly great!

I was looking forward to playing it with you online, too. Darn.

I haven't bought the XBLA version yet, but I will buy the PSN version as soon as it comes out!

Yeah, I'm pretty sure you listed it alongside a couple other games as the only good-looking 360-exclusive games or something. But go ahead, change your mind all you like! I'll just play it with SuperSonic1990, then!

Played the game on XBLA and loved it. My Favorite 360 game.

The creators of the game made an announcement about the game going to Wiiware sometime ago saying that due to the Wiiware size limit they would have to sell the game on retail for Wii owners to play Castle Crashers.

And once again, people count out Wii.

Oh, that I stand by. It's possibly the best 360 game I've played short of Aegis Wing, but that's not the same as singing its praises since there are almost no 360-exclusive games I like, and all of them are XBLA titles.

@Stuffgamer1......Ill be buying it as soon as it releases on that great Thursday Great news.....didnt know we would see it release on PSN. My wife walked in today with a $50 dollar PSN Card cause DSiWare has been dreadful lately so Im happy and looking forward to some good new releases. Gotta get The Last Guy as well.

Sweet! Among myself, SuperSonic1990, slapshot82, and my brother (Lombax42, though he hasn't gotten around to signing up on NLife just yet), we'll have a great four-player crew! I've not gotten to play four player on Xbox Live, so I'd be quite happy to finally get to try it out!

Count me in. It's a solid enough game and I'm definitely buying it....I think a lot of the people singing its praises missed a lot of the late-90s Arcade Beat-em-up scene and didn't realize how many of those ideas were already employed. I also think a substantial portion of the gaming populace missed Guardian Heroes....when you know the genre Castle Crashers is much less ground-breaking....not that anything will keep me from picking it up!

Wow, how did I not know about Guardian Heroes? Oh, Sega Saturn. That explains it. Yea, the beat-em-up was the genre in my brief arcade days, so I'm kind of sick of it, but I can definitely admit that Castle Crashers does a good job representing the genre even though it's nothing ground-breaking. It's basically how I felt about Alien Hominid when that came out: Yes, this is great, but much more so to genre newcomers. I'm glad to see Behemoth's "Game 3" look more original.

I've played a good number of brawlers, but I was never really a fan of the genre overall (save few exceptions like Golden Axe). I do love Castle Crashers for the improvements it brings, mainly the RPG elements of experience and items. The online co-op and great art style/crazy humor help, too.

Score! One less reason to own a 360! In fact, I think the only reason I have left is Banjo and Kazooie.
