I'm looking into getting the Captain N & Super Mario World DVD set, and I'm wondering: can you watch each show separately, or do you have to watch Captain N before you see Super Mario World? I have no interest in Captain N, but I'd love to see Super Mario World. Thanks.

Super Mario World has nothing to do with Captain N so don't worry about it. I know some people hated Captain N but I loved it as a kid!

I'm not sure how the DVDs are set up, but Captain N and Super Mario World were different shows, so i'd expect they'd be seprated on the DVDs.

But you should at least check out Captain N (i also loved it as a kid, even though it annoyed me that they called Pit "Kid Icarus"). It's got a horribly-cheesy-goodness to it, not unlike the Zelda cartoon.

She-Ra is awesome. If you believe otherwise, you are clearly wrong.
Urban Champion is GLORIOUS.

Wait, I thought Super Mario World was a video game. Am I missing something here?

Yes. It's one of three animated Mario series from DiC. They also have a few based on Sonic. They're all really corny (because they were made in the late 80s - early 90s), but I love 'em. X3

I have the completed series of Captain N (which was never completed actually). One of the best cartoons to hit the TV in the 80's. Not sure why you would never wish to watch Captain N, but at least give it a shot. One of the greatest episodes includes Bayou Billy.

Oh, right. I remember the Sonic cartoons, they rocked. In a hilariously bad way.
