I feel like I should just lie and say "ok Capcom, that sounds like a great idea". Why not at this point?

...I don't get what's supposed to be wrong here. They were hit with a bad year, and now they're admitting to their mistakes. What am I missing?

my anger against Capcom has greatly reduced now(man MH3 on the 3DS is better than it was on the Wii ) but I won't like Capcom until a new Megaman game comes out!

@mickeymac: It's the continued focus on DLC and mobile gaming that gets me personally, as well as that adorable statement at the end, lol.

Like Square Enix, they also had huge ridiculous expected sales of certain games and need to tone down the $$$ signs in their eyes.

But is sounds like they're trying to improve how they do DLC and mobile games, though. Again, I don't see the problem...

This is just about a bad year and looking back at circumstances to try to do better in the future.

Honestly, this whole interview sounds like what Mr. Iwata has been saying in regards to changes in the industry that have taken place during most of last generation.

Like @LZMcScrooge said, Capcom(and some other companies as well) needs to to tone things down and evaluate what they think is most important for the 8th generation(instead of spending big with arguably lacking results).

Is it me or is capcom starting to milk monster hunter once more because tri ultimate came out not to long ago,MH4 just came out in japan and another frontier game was just announced(its the psp all over again)but we all know capcom is losing money...nintendo probably payed capcom for mega man in SSB.

that's just words that mean nothing and will likely not be reflected in what actually happens at the end of the day, unless the last few years suddenly never happened.

I like Capcom but MAN! How many "different" versions of Street Fighter 4 did they release???? Lol

Capcom needs to quit it with the DLC and do more collaborations like with they did with Nintendo for Monster Hunter 4, that helped ensure TONS of sales for them.

Did they ever announce what that secret collaboration was? I swear if it was just the costume DLC..

I think it was, but it was more than just DLC, in a way. Nintendo gave so much promotion and built up so much hype for this game because it was a 3DS, exclusive, so that really helped sales. Working with Nintendo again on an exclusive Mega Man, or something, would instantly just make money like crazy!
