Since I Graduated HighSchool everything I do at this point is entirely optional and not a forced Necessity. So I decided at somepoint I'd like to become a video game collecter of todays games and past retro stuff though seeing thats almost becoming unlikely as time goes on i would like your reccomendation of consoles and or certain games i should be on the lookout for that could be very popular that i might someday stumble upon on a cheap price. Remeber i aim to get almost all the games anyways so i will list the consoles I know i can get and cheaply too. SO Far its N64 Nes Sega Genisis (16 bit)
I singled out specific titles before anything else when I started. For instance, I love Castlevania so I began with getting the NES and the original Castlevania's and everything fell into place from there. Once I finished one series, I'd move onto another. Occasionally I'd pick up something outside of my series list if it caught my eye or I figure I needed it later, but that's few and far between. Basically, I liked to set up narrow achievable goals before saying I want everything for every system now. I feel it's best to have a well thought out plan of attack before starting the collection
You can find large lots of NES and Genesis games being sold on eBay at a fraction of the price you'd pay for title by title. in general the N64 games will be the pricier of the three to collect for so you may want to start with the other two first.
