Just started playing it yesterday, so don't have any thoughts on it yet. It has a decent tutorial and doesn't require an account so you can jump right in.
You can draw cards from two different decks: a random deck (% of each card changes based on your class and level), or your Collection deck. Seems to be styled like a grindy RPG, playing games (multiplayer duels or solo campaign) gets you EXP points that you can use to increase your stats such as MP or defense (stats can be reset anytime). You can pay cash to level up faster or get extra booster pack cards for your collection, but that seems like it'd make you get matched up against harder opponents so logically don't see any reason to bother with that.
