Topic: Banjo & Kazooie To Appear in Sonic And Sega All Stars Racing?

When I saw this, I thought "wtf?" but I have it on good information that this is true. It seems that the duo are gonna be exclusive to the Xbox 360 version, which isn't that surprising. There have been rumors about console exclusive characters for the 360 and PS3 in particular (Ratchet and Clank were mentioned awhile ago, as were Fable and Rare) What happened is that on the official Sega website, they were uploading boxarts for the game and uploaded this one (Posted below) soon after. However, they were then removed soon after. (More Information here)

Well that's strange. Does the Wii version get any console exclusive characters, or is it just the HD consoles?

I feel confident enough to put stock in this. They did mention they had plans to do this so I'm glad they got it going.

@Kidpit: No word on exclusive features in the Wii version yet.

It's also been mentioned (For those who don't know) that there could be extra characters available through DLC, although SEGA haven't said much about this. ToeJam and Earl are prime candidates for this as they were gonna be included in the game originally but there were rights issues (Which were later resolved but it was too late by then)

The Xbox 360 version is every Nintendo Life member's (and every Nintendo fan) version to get, unless the game is coming out on the Wii too with Mario as playable lol

What about having Link and Midna as playable characters for the Nintendo version! That would be crazy! =D

Since exclusive characters are, well, exclusive to the Xbox 360 version of the game, the other versions aren't worth buying (unless the PC version becomes a Games for Windows- LIVE title, Microsoft's game lineup for PC...)

This does nothing to eliminate my near total apathy towards this title.

I guess its ok for people who still like B&K, I bet the Wii version will get Mario or something, and the PS3 version get Ratchet and Clank.

Well it could meant B&K are only on that version, but if it is true, it would be bad move on Sega's part as people who own other systems won't get the game. But I still would get it anyway.

I'm getting this for both the Wii and PC.

I'll not be buying any of these. Degrading Sonic into a car racer is absurd.
