I've heard of it, but never bothered trying it until last weekend on someone's iPad. Now I love it, but was wondering where to get it. I have no iPad, I've looked around and apparently it doesn't appear on the Wii/DS in any form as far as I know. Ad I've no iPhone either, so...are they going to release it on the 3/DS/i (lol) anytime soon? Or should I just go with the PC version?...Wherever that is.

Keep it PG-13-ish.
It is also on Droid, Playstation Network (PS3 and PSP), I believe there are rumors of it hitting XBLA, and is supposed to be coming to the 3DS and Wiiware in the future.
I think Rovio has announced that they are bringing Angry Birds to 3DSWare at least. Though, since we don't even know when they shop channel is going live...
I'd probably get the PC version. Knowing Nintendo, the 3DSWare version will be $5 instead of $.99. You can probably also get Seasons on the PC. It's $.99 (at least on the iPhone), and they update it with new levels every holiday. There's a good chance you won't get any updates for the 3DSWare version (though they have said they want to use Spotpass to push updates, so if we're lucky Nintendo will have learned their lesson).
I am way too lazy to think of something clever. My Backloggery
You can also play any number of similar flash games for free. Crush The Castle looks like a popular one. Honestly, these type of games are good for 5 minutes and you will probably not play it again.

Pretty much. I got Angry Birds on PC when they temporarily released it for free. Played it for 10 minutes and haven't touched it since.
It's all down to preference. I don't see myself sitting down and playing Angry Birds for a long period of time at all. And as Ravage said, look for similar games that you could play for free. I do remember people saying that Angry Birds is a 'skin' of another game. I might as well look it up to edu-macate myself.
You can also get the game for $4.99 on the Mac App Store... (which is weird because it's .99 elsewheres)
It's that price cause its on a mac.

You know
I'm just like, I just, I know, it's bad
But I'm just like
Can I just like, hang off the back of your horse
And can you go a little faster?!
It's also coming soon to Windows Phone 7 and I fully expect it to be at or around the $4.99 price point as well. (although that seems high to me). However, if it is intergrated into Xbox Live (with achievements) then I may reconsider my view on the price.
I bought it for the PSP, and I would've gladly paid $5 for it. That's just me, though, but I think Angry Birds is entertaining enough to justify that price.

Depends. I unloaded a few hours beating all of the levels, and you can spend a ton more getting 3-stars on all of 'em. It's not like Zelda or Monster Hunter where you sit down and play for hours at a time, but in 5-20 minute spurts it's good fun.
It's definitely best as a mobile game though. No way would I play it on the computer.
