Usually, in RPGs, the common people (like the NPCs) are supporting the "good guy" and oppose the "bad guy." I wonder, though...

...do any games in which the "good guy," while still being a good guy, stands alone, while everybody else (at least seems) to support the "bad guy", exist?

I am just wondering...

Actually, I like Bowser AND hairy bellies!

Lost Oddesy. Througout the whole game the villan is gaining the support of the people while using the king as a puppet to gain power.

Well, on both Fable and Fable II you can become a "bad guy" and get support from people (out of fear), or be good and still don't get support from them...
