Final Fantasy X is possibly the best RPG ever released. But you also have to love Pikachu. What if the was a game that was a x-over between the two? Final Pokemon Fantasy? I mean come on!!! They already did a x-over of final fantasy when square enix made Kingdom Hearts!!! Why not x-over with pokemon. Or maybe do an anime x-over! No... That might be scary....

It'd be interesting to see Pokemon put in a Final Fantasy style game, but I don't know that an actual cross-over would be that interesting.

What is it about Final Fantasy X that people love so much? I think Final Fantasy started to suck as soon as they added voices in it. Actully scratch that, maybe I'm being a bit too harsh on FFX, while it's not one of my favourites of the series it's better than every Final Fantasy that came after and the ending is quite heartbreaking. Hopefully XIII will be a huge improvement.

And as for Pikachu, I never loved him/her. I was always a Meowth fan, and just remember nothings cuter than Meowth!

I don't think it would work. I also didn't think a collaboration between Disney and Square-Enix would work either but it did. Still need to play Kingdom Hearts.

Pokemon is just too different an RPG for it to work alongside Final Fantasy.

It could work. Except insted of heartless you would have to worry about mewtwo's evil Pokemon clones. And they could make the pokemon able to speak human talk (Or Meowth could translate). And you would have to worry about every single movie villan from pokemon. It could work.

I never understood why Meowth couldn't beat Pikachu, I mean Cat and Mouse, Meowth should win.

In Tom and Jerry, Tom did catch Jerry at the end of one cartoon. Maybe Meowth might get lucky.

I doubt the series will end anytime soon given it's still mega popular in Japan. Though usually anime comedies like Pokemon often have tragic endings (like in Kare Kano for example).

It used to be so popular here, it's all we'd talk about at school. Then all of a sudden it just stopped. And really? Well probably Pikachu dying or something, although not even I would want that.

I know!!! I was in grade school when pokemon came out and I was a huge fan only months before anyone else relized how great it was. Then shortly after the second movie came out, pokemon card value went down. I have hundreds of thousands of cards I can't get rid of and to top it off my family and friends (execpt for one of them who's mentally not there) pick on me because I've been watching Pokemon Battle Demention on Cartoon Network. Sigh. I guess getting rich quick off of Pokemon cards won't pay off until I'm eighty and it sucks cuz I have alot of promos.

Yeah after the second movie thats when everyone stopped talking about it. And don't worry, everyone has something they like. It's a good thing you keep watching it to show you don't care if they think it's saft, you enjoy it . It's the same way with my family and friends when I watch Pro Wrestling, they could understand me watching it as a kid but not now. Luckily my Girlfriend doesn't mind and lets me watch it whenever were watching TV, as long as I let her watch her Soaps .

I love FF, and Pokemon even more, but combining them probably wouldn't work.

I like watching cage fighting myself! Which is weird cuz normally I get into more slap-stick stuff or more docile sports. Could you imagine a big African American getting KOed by a short Asian dude? I've seen it.

Oh I could imagine it. Some of the Asian fighters I've seen are incredible.
