I'm in my first official Pokemon Tournament that started this evening. I'm very excited about this. It's the April Friendly Online Competition. The tournament lasts until 8pm on Monday. You are allowed to participate in up to 20 battles a day. There was a 50,000 participant limit, and I'm in the Masters Division being I'm over 16. The competition should attract a lot of the best players in the world. What makes it harder is that the battles are in singles format which are much harder from a strategy standpoint. I've always said that Pokemon is like chess but fun. Anyway, I did pretty well for my first day coming out 12-8. My goal is to win at least 70% of my battles, and I'm at 60% now. Hopefully I can pick up some ground tomorrow. If anyone wants to see any of the battles I will post them. Just comment and tag me that you want to see some, and I'll post the codes. Thank you to @jm29 who made my full shiny team possible.
