Alright i'm back @labs awe thank you, its no problem im happy to help. (^.^)/
My in game name is desteny , on the pss page (the yellow one) you can click on an avatar head and it gives you a list of options such as battle, trade, o-power, nice, game chat, and trainer video.
The top row contains your registered friends (like me ) , my character has blonde hair. You tap on me and press trade. Then it'll save and we'll be able to exchange pokemon over the internet

The third slot will become unlocked as soon as the other person comes online after you've registered eachother (^.^) @labs

Once you are online you'll see my characters head with a shoutout bubble it says "labs?" @labs

Alright i see your avatar but he isn't online. Make sure to press the internet button (its blue on the right top side) and it will connect you. Even if your 3ds is connect to the internet you still need to connect in the game as well. What a nice name!

Oh i know , did you get the patch for your game? Its downloadable in the e shop? Also if you need your 3ds software updated you can do it there too. It should take very long , it only took me about 3 minutes. I'll wait with your mawile while you do and thank you.
