@Mio Sorry I couldn't breed them together...but that should only take a little. If you give one a Destiny Knot and the other an Everstone, you should eventually get a 6IV

I would recommend it. Not only will you make sure to get most of the IVs, but they'll actually consistently make you more Chikorita, without the "the two don't seem to get along" message

Oh, yes, they are on the GTS. The only things that aren't/can't be placed on the GTS are event legendary.

You're welcome; sadly, the person told me it was a 5IV....just not the one IV that really matters ...though, I guess it's like Klefki, in the fact that you don't really try to attack...unless you absolutely have to

I have, I just don't go on smogon very much for the lack of time...but I think I'll get back to it. Eventually. I just kind of hate that you can make nearly any team with just a few clicks, and presto! 97% of people feel like a battle master. Until they have to actually obtain their team.
As for the replacement, I don't know...it's a tough choice, but at least you can get a better Sp. atk on Whimsicott..but funny enough, they basically have the same weakness minus Ground/Ice
