@Blassie098 I've been looking for the post in which I described it to @ jm29, of course, no luck...it's a little lengthy, though, I can tell you it's past page 4024. @ Jm29 and I were talking about it a few days ago, so it shouldn't be that far back. I just don't have the time to explain as I'm still doing it and want to finish so I can test a few things out.

There's a lot I still don't know that I'm testing, but I think the best way is to use eggs over actual pokes; your pokes you caught that you're going to assimilate have a very small window of opportunity, while pokes gotten in trades seem to clone easier (but eggs are the best in my opinion). Make sure both systems are offline, gather up what you want cloned(legendary) and what you're ready to have cloned on (garbage), start a trade, trade, wait till the animations finish and you can see the "please wait, etc.,", wait about 3-4 ish seconds, power off what you originally wanted cloned first, then the other system. restart, and hopefully, everything will be what you wanted it to be.
