But I heard people can find Milotic at the Friend Safari! I'm trying a lot, but it's being hard for me to find more water-type people, haha ;-;
You can, but it is extremely rare, and is likely linked to specific FC's. Therefore if someones FC was found to have either, it would be plastered everywhere seeing how many people are looking for them.
