@110 thanks! but i just used the gts glitch to evolve, you probably dont know this, but im REALLY impatient.

@croogix its not mine, its my cousins (who lives in central america). i let him borrow most of my legendaries, and before we could trade back, his router was damaged. they have ordered one from amazon, but its i think 1 more week, since it gos first to a po box in florida.

Hey Zsxdflip, what do you normally trade for when you use the GTS glitch? Do you normally search for something like ratata?

@110 i usually trade tentacools, but this time i traded a magikarp for a squirtle (egg) since i couldnt find anything else.

Just clarifying something here, I've heard of a duplication glitch in pokémon, and I'm wondering if it actually exists. I certainly don't want to use it, since I have no use for copies of my pokémon (I don't need backups - they're not gonna die ), but is there one?

@croogix yes, there is, but it only works on diamond and pearl. i dont know much about it since i never bought d/p/pt.

@Croogix: there used to be. I cloned about 20 of my pokemon in Crystal version back in the day, each one holding a Master Ball. it is useful for that, and for cloning rare pokemon you can offer in trades with people who don't care about legitimacy. i don't know if the trick still exists, though. it was safe back in the day, however; i never had any glitches in my game after that or anything of the sort, so if it still exists, it should be fine now, too.... i don't know if it does or not, though.
