I install Fences. I usually work M-F, but we are gonna be working in Minot, N.D which is a 5 hour drive, so they wanted us to leave tonight. Minot had a bad flood a few months ago, so we are gonna be putting up some temporary fences for FEMA.
Its a good job, I've been with them since 2004. I'm thinking we will be putting some chain link fence up but I'm not for sure, the boss wasn't even sure what we will be doing. Our company had to buy some campers because all the hotels are booked up with people that lost their homes. I'm really curious to see what it looks like, I've only been there once but I didn't see too much. FYI, Josh Duhmal is from Minot. And Black Eyes Peas did a charity event awhile back.
Sounds interesting, I wonder what you guys will be getting into myself now. Seems like it'll be slightly adventurous. (<: I guess I'm a looser, because I don't know who Josh Duhmal is?

Anyways I dont think that I've entered everyone of these races, as I been away from the house a bit this weekend. I didn't rank very high on one. If I had stayed up later or had done more today then I could have done better. I think it was the slippery slopes.I was cutting the time down, but it may have taken me awhile to get in the top 10 if I had put more time in. I know the lead person was kinda sneaky on how he cut time.
I've joined the league guys, but I'll need to practice before I attempt any of the online races. There's a total of 10 members in the league now. There are two members missing from our list, but I'm not sure who they are though. Does anyone know the titles of the two members missing from our list? Oh well, I guess I'll list them as mystery members. lol Side note: I was incorrect @RoryLee, the file is only suppose to be 239 blocks.
Hey guys, I've been practicing lightweight and I have to say Moto Heroz is extremely enjoyable. It's going to take me a long while to become comfortable with the game's physics. Although, I almost got my first gold medal on the first stage of the tutorial. But I was off by fractions of a second and on the other hand it was only my 3rd run. Does anyone have a strategy for clearing hills without having a power up? I keep getting stuck in a slow drag to the top, which eliminates any chance of acquiring a gold medal. I've been finding ways to hop over the gates, instead of forcing my way through them. I've been successful on a few of my attempts, but I don't have a concrete strategy yet. They really kill your time even if you slam into them at the perfect angle, what's up with that? I've been informed that the DLC for Moto Heroz will only add more to the party rally, so I won't be purchasing it myself. I only partake in the story mode and soon enough the online races. Any tips would be very helpful.
For clearing hills there should always be a way to make it through as smooth as possible, maybe you'll need to slow down or speed up to make the jump just perfectly, kinda like in motocross when they take the big jumps. And with the gates, I don't think there is anyway around it. I didn't get any gold medals on my first playthrough, I went back to the first few levels and tried again and didn't have any problems getting the gold.
@LTG I downloaded the game on Friday night when there wasn't anyone playing GE. I got bored so I decided to download this game. And as for GE, I will still be playing that on Friday nights, and saturday mornings. That's the cool thing about Moto Heroz, its a pick up and play game.
@Oddy, why are you waiting for @pixelman to download my friend? He's seems fairly sure he will be in the future. And I'm sure eveyone in the NL Racers league will welcome you. (<:

There's local multiplayer racing, but no online multiplayer. Just the buddy league. If RedLynx made online multiplayer racing available through the DLC, I would most likely purchase it. (<:
Nice racing Zach and Sherlock. Tonight was my first attempts at the leaderboards and only my second time playing this. I hope to be up there with you guys soon. I landed in 7th place and 3rd in our league, on Leaps and Bounds. We only have one mystery racer left, does anyone know his title?
(I think I'm doing pretty damn good, having only played this for less than an hour in total.)
