Why does this sound like a World of Warcraft copy? :
A Lord of the Rings MMO just sounds very samey and too much of a copy of WoW in my honest opinion... just without the whole payment thing.
But I might download this as soon as I can get a new computer for myself since its f2p.
Because every WoW player calls other mmorpgs a WoW copy
I've never played WoW, and don't wish to. I love MMORPGs, but they do get very boring after a while... unless your playing with friends ofcourse, then the fun never ceases.
Well in that case, let's pick a server for us all to join (I'm guessing you can delete characters and start over, right?) The free version lets you create 2 characters.
I could only select US as my region so there you go. Which server shall we use?
The pricing looks very reasonable by the way. if you make just one purchase of Turbine Points you're automatically upgraded to a Premium player which permanently allows you 3 characters per server and a couple other benefits. You can buy the adventurer's pack for a permanent 2 extra slots and a shared bank across your characters. There are two expansion packs which give more content too.
Argh, I can't use HolyMackerel as a display name on the community site. It doesn't appear to be taken... so I guess they don't allow "Holy" in display names, haha.

Makes sense I couldn't use numbers in my name, so I left it at Irken.
Well my vote goes to Crickhollow since I made a character there already, but we can easily choose another server if you all want to.
Lol. Ok did the LOTR idea get you Irken thats kinda an odd thing to say after you Downloaded it and all. No offense or anything just wondering thats all.

No, I played it for a bit but I have a very short attention span xD That and it didn't seem to want to run well on my laptop, even after customizing the settings.
