Topic: Worth purchasing a switch at launch for inflated price?

So I understand that this is a pretty subjective question for most of the folk here but I was wondering if any of you all might consider getting a switch at a really exaggerated price.

By exaggerated I mean 2200 shekels, which translates to roughly 580$.. (Shipping isn't an option unfortunately)
I'm doubtful prices will come down substantially later in the year.

Thankfully budget isn't an issue, but i'm wondering if its still worth it at that price or should I hold on til the next time a friend of mine returns from the states and he'll buy it for me, though then there's the risk of it not being in stock.

@DaNiC700 Hey, that's bit of a tough decision. It really depends on your money situation and if you're desperate to play the switch. When does your friend get back? Cause if he doesn't come back too soon, and seeing as you aren't able to ship it, could he possibly see if he could get a switch shipped to him in the states and then he can bring it to you? Would that be any cheaper? But if you're financially stable and reckon you'll be fine for a long while maybe just preorder it. I'm sorry if I'm not giving the best advice, cause I don't really know what else to do. But I hoped I helped!
