VOICE CHAT. When you make a switch console with voice chat built in, I'll buy a switch. Can;t communicate online without a smartphone. Why not; I've been a fan since the beginning, but I can't support such a poorly designed system. Why burden your fans Nintendo? Not smart. Whoever came up with the very cumbersome voice chat idea should get a good sit down.
